IEDPCO is started by Mr. Jawahar L Sharma (M.Com.PGDMM) with vast experience of 25 years in the field of Entrepreneurship and Industrial Development. He served with J & K Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization Ltd and HARDICON Ltd. IEDPCO has five executives staff members and six members :-

* Attended Training Programme on Project Monitoring Systems at CRISP Bhopal.
* Undergone Training programme on Technology Education Monitoring Entrepreneurship Seminars conducted by Entrepreneurship Development Institute Ahmedabad and Lester Centre for Entrepreneurship and innovation U.S.A.at EDI, Ahmedabad.
